Since 2015, The Wild Hare has been the place where Brookings comes together. It started with a simple idea: what if a café could feel as welcoming as a friend's living room and as energizing as a good conversation?

By day, our espresso bar is the go-to for students, remote workers, and anyone who takes their coffee seriously. By night, the same space transforms — the lighting softens, the music shifts, and our cocktail program takes center stage.
